Does This Sound like You?
-
You feel like there's a "checklist" you need to follow in order to feel "worthy" as an artist
-
You feel unsupported in your desire to make art
-
You're frustrated or uninspired when you try to work on a creative project
-
You sometimes wonder, "What's the point, anyway?"
I Want You to Know:
-
Being an artist, making art, following your creative dream... It's about more than meeting someone else's requirements for being "good."
-
Artists and creatives feel unsupported from time to time. You are not alone. You are supported.
-
You can be a happy, inspired creative being. You are worthy.

What's on your "checklist"? Let's disrupt that!
...If you're craving more of the satisfaction, passion, and joy of creativity in your life, below are a few ways to start:

The Worthy Artist Project
What if you could ditch the inner (or outer) judgy voice that asks, "Who are you to call yourself an artist, anyway?"

small bites of inspiration
Well, Hello. I'm Heidi Tran
My work is centered on a simple belief: you don’t have to earn the right to be creative.
As a multi-passionate creator and recovering harsh self-judge who sometimes hovers on the edge of overwhelm, I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to deal with the busy-ness, crazy-judgy self-talk, and other pesky gremlins that keep us from what really fills us with passion and joy--- our creative magic.
As a trained Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach, my mission is to help you come back to your creativity in a way that feels gentle, honest, and truly your own—not driven by perfection or pressure, but by curiosity, self-trust, and a sense of play.
Through creative rituals, guided practices, and small, meaningful moments of making, I help you reconnect with the part of you that wants to create—not to prove anything, but simply because it feels like home.
