I am passionate about helping others make space in their lives to honor their creativity and connect (or re-connect) with their own magic.
I am a trained Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach, writer, and mixed media artist.
As a recovering harsh self-judge and multi-passionate pursuer of creative dreams who sometimes hovers on the edge of overwhelm, I understand first-hand how hard it can be to deal with the busy-ness, challenges, and blocks that keep us from what really fills us with passion and joy.
After years of trying various “no excuses” approaches, including beating myself up when I didn’t get to my art, telling myself that if I were really creative I’d (fill in the blank), and comparing myself with others who were managing to “do it all” (at least in my eyes), I found that boot camp approaches didn’t work for me. They don’t work for a lot of people.
That’s why I became a Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach. I love helping others discover more joy-filled ways to move past blocks and show up for themselves as creative beings.
